My husband and I were looking for a house that we hope to live in for many years, so we were extra particular about our wants. Jennifer patiently went to house after house with us until we found the house that met all of our criteria. It can be difficult to sell a house while living in another state. Jennifer guided us through the process and made it incredibly easy. Her eye for detail allowed us to make affordable improvements to the home which brought a higher listing price than anticipated. She was able to find a buyer after the first showing of the house, which was a great relief.
